Facility Information
Hacienda Villas is a nonprofit community located in the heart of Tampa’s historic Ybor City. We are a loving, culturally diverse community that relishes the close ties we share with Tampa’s history. This facility was originally constructed in the 1960s by a group of Tampa natives intending to provide a comfortable home to seniors who could not afford to pay much. This tradition carries on to the present day, as we continue to maintain a nonprofit community specializing in HUD housing.
Through our quality of care, service, and a warm loving environment, we provide a lifestyle meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents with a spirit of excellence.
